We are looking for a Part-Time Barista at Bar Bar Black Sheep, available for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
If you think you would like to chat to our vibrant customer base, apply whipped cream to OTT frappucinos, enjoy listening to very good music whilst you’re at work, and be able to dig deep for that hour we get slammed at lunchtime, we think you might be an awesome fit for the team.

Position: Part time Barista, one position available

Bar Bar Black sheep is the signature social enterprise of the Black Sheep Collective CIC. Since it’s opening in February 2016 our coffee shop has become a valuable community asset. Bar Bar not only provides a space for individuals to socialise and work, but also runs various support sessions, arts and crafts groups, workshops and many other unique events. Working for Bar Bar you will learn what a social enterprise coffee shop is all about. We pride ourselves in tackling social and environmental issues, uses responsibly sourced products and donates all surplus into community groups, projects and initiatives.

As a member of our team your duties will include:
- Making and serving hot and cold beverages
- Food preparation
- Serving alcohol
- Waiting on and clearing tables
- Cash handling
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in store
- Making customers feel welcome and appreciated
A food hygiene certificate is preferred but not essential as full training and certification will be provided. As an employee of Black Sheep CIC you would be expected to act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of our company.
